The York Barbell FTS Power Cage is ideal for use in the gym, garage or personal trainer studio and provides a great durable workout platform. Its strength is its stability and versatility and it will not rock sideways when you are working out.

There are 23 different adjustable bar holders in 5cm increments positions and the full length safety spot bars have the same positions for when squatting or bench pressing. The double bar holders enable an athlete to train inside the cage whilst a second trains in front of the cage and the front of the cage features a mounted chin-up bar. Dimensions are 140cm (L) x 127 (W) x 203 (H) and the maximum lifting weight is 270kg.

The power cage can be further enhanced by adding the FTS Hi/Low Pulley (sold separately) which offers not only a lat pull down but also a low row. This can be used with standard 1 inch plates or with Olympic plates when using the York Olympic adapter sleeve (sold separately).

This item is suitable for light commercial use. This makes it suitable for home use as well as for use in schools, hospitals, workplaces and non-professional sports team venues (where the public are not charged to use the facilities) and is also suitable for use by personal trainers in their own private training facilities.
