The York FTS Olympic Fixed Flat Bench is perfect if you are looking for a sturdy fixed bench press that delivers on quality and ease of use. The wide triangular footprint is made from tough 2“ x 3” steel tubing ensuring a durable and stable working area.

The telescopic uprights are easily height-adjusted between 82cm and 115cm in 6.2cm increments using the simple ‘twist n pull’ pin system. There is a large single piece, chamfered pad which offers maximum comfort whilst you train and it is set at a height of 46cm from the floor to allow you to place your feet firmly on the floor when weight lifting.

This flat bench is designed to be used with a full length Olympic 7ft bar or an oversized standard 1” bar.  The internal bar length (between the sleeves) must be 48” (120cm). The bench measures 142cm (L) x 122 (W) x 46 (H) and has a maximum user weight of 135kg and a maximum lifting weight of 135kg.

This item is suitable for light commercial use. This makes it suitable for home use as well as for use in schools, hospitals, workplaces and non-professional sports team venues (where the public are not charged to use the facilities) and is also suitable for use by personal trainers in their own private training facilities.
